It’s no secret that one of the keys to a good marketing campaign is through the use of video. Youtube is the second most used search engine and more video content is uploaded to the internet in a single month than network television has produced in three decades. According to Social Media Today, Facebook predicts that predicts that by 2020, over 75% of the world’s mobile data traffic will be video. Here’s the third tip for the best on-camera presence:
No. 3️⃣️ Your Eyes 👀
▶️ Smile with Your Eyes. 👁️ A warm and genuine smile does wonders for coming across as sincere and confident. But flashing your pearly whites is only part of the key to smiling. Your eyes can reveal whether a smile is genuine or forced.
▶️ Remember to blink. It is easy to get mesmerized by the black hole of the camera lens. It can help if you practice a blink at the end of each sentence.
▶️ Talk to the camera. Find out where you are supposed to look. If it is an interview, look at the interviewer. If it is an announcement or a commercial, look at the camera. Picture your audience and try to connect with your listeners.
