What Your Colors Say About Your Business

What does the color of your logo say about your business?
It’s said, “the eye is the window to the soul” – Color selection may be the window to your brand.

When we were creating our logo for Great Minds Communication, we had the knowledge and training to support our color selections. However, most small business owners do not have the benefit of that knowledge and, therefore, feel lost when trying to make those difficult decisions.

The Great Minds logo consists of three colors – green, black, and blue. We chose green as it represents organic growth and a caring approach to doing business. As a boutique agency, we began to build our business from the ground up, knowing that our reach would be organic, and that has proven true.

Black demonstrates a sleek and forward-thinking approach, which we use daily, while we work to help our clients put their best foot forward.

Blue indicates a sense of dependability and trust, an anchoring color for any business.

When designing your logo, it isn’t necessary to have multiple colors. Afterall, some of the nation’s most recognized brands consist of one-color logos. Have you ever thought of that? Apple, Nike, 3M, Starbucks, Coca-Cola- need I say more?

So, when you get ready to build your brand and create your logo design, look to a team of trusted professionals. A good graphic designer can go a long way in helping you align your brand with your mission.

Our team of professionals at Great Minds Communication would love to work with you in creating something fabulous! For inspiration that works, give us a call!
