The Wellspring
Challenge
The Wellspring is one of Louisiana’s oldest NONPROFITS, but the organization is mutli-faceted with partner programs in addition to multiple collaborations. These dynamics made branding the agency quite challenging. Outgoing and incoming CEOs agreed that the transition in leadership provided an opportunity to reevaluate what messages were being communicated and how they were being perceived to ensure coordinated and consistent messages were being used in all communications and marketing materials.
Solution
Great Minds Communication used a three-step approach. We examined the current vision/mission and goals of The Wellspring as well as its current messaging. Second, we made recommendations that would ensure the organization’s messages support its vision, mission and goals. And third, we conducted a communications AUDIT to identify what was working for the organization, along with areas for improvement.
Based on our findings, the Great Minds team also developed and tested key messages and a new tagline for the organization.
Results
Today the Wellspring has a unified set of key messages. From television to print to ELECTRONIC communications, they have the foundation to articulate who they are and what they do in the most succinct manner which will serve as a guide for them for years to come.
